Nook Media, a subsidiary of Barnes & Noble, announced that Pinterest is now available on Nook HD, Nook HD+, Nook Tablet and Nook Color and will be preloaded on new devices, along with Twitter and a new Facebook for Nook app. The Pinterest and Twitter apps are available for existing customers as a free download from the NOOK Store.Claudia Romanini, v-p of Nook Apps for Nook Media, said Pinterest "has long been one of our most requested apps.... Our goal is to bring Nook users the very best in social media and these apps will bring to life the rich sharing experiences that Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter offer."
