Raglan Readers & Writers Festival
We're counting down the days...Word Cafe Raglan springs into life 10-11 May 2013. If you haven't yet booked your tickets, do so now because they're selling fast!
Programme highlights include bestselling author Deborah Challinor, HarperCollins US author Julie Thomas, an evening of live word wizardry with Antonio Te Maioha, travel writer and blogger Megan Singleton, Nourish editor Vicki Ravlich-Horan, children’s authors Sarah Johnson and André Ngāpō, author Sarah Shieff and a session on self-publishing with writer Tui Allen.
For children, there's a free storytelling session taking place at Raglan Library on Saturday afternoon, followed by a story crafting workshop for teenagers with Merren Tait.
And don’t miss Saturday night’s double bill of entertainment, taking place at the Banteay Srey Khmer Restaurant and Café, featuring Cambridge e-book writer turned HarperCollins US author Julie Thomas, and some spectacular live word wizardry from Antonio Te Maioha.
