About the author
Claire Turnbull moved to NZ from the UK in 2005 and since then has been inspiring Kiwis with her passion for healthy living and good food. She is the nutritionist for the Healthy Food Guide magazine, Healthy Food Ideas (www.healthyfoodideas.co.nz), Newstalk ZB and the Millennium Institute of Sport. 
Claire is also director of Mission Nutrition, a team of dietitians and nutritionists based in Newmarket, and shares her nutrition knowledge and skills through lively, interactive workshops and by speaking at conferences and events.
