Paul Beatty, author of The Sellout, is the first American winner of the Man Booker Prize in its 48-year history, giving Oneworld its second consecutive win of the award.

Oneworld publisher Juliet Mabey has ordered a 120,000 reprint of Paul Beatty's The Sellout for the UK market following its Man Booker win. The book, brought into paperback in May, will also get an additional 40,000 copies for the Australia market and 10,000 for India.
HarperCollins imprint William Collins has acquired world rights to the autobiography of former prime minister David Cameron in a "hotly contested and significant deal" negotiated with literary agent Ed Victor. 
Sidemen: The Book (Coronet), authored by the supergroup of gaming YouTubers, has become the biggest-selling title of Super Thursday 2016, via Nielsen BookScan.
