Black bean salad with prawns and pickled red onion
Last night I made this dish from the just published "The Perfectly Tossed Salad" and it was absolutely superb, a salad with a difference, and so full of flavour. I posted the recipe on the blog yesterday if you would like to try it. And here is a photo of my dish.
Tonight, using the same book, I am going to make White bean salad with fresh mint and sumac-honey vinaigrette which I am going to serve with grilled snapper.
