You are warmly invited to the 2011 NZSA Janet Frame Memorial Lecture at The Marae, Te Papa at 6.00 pm on Thursday 3 March.
The lecture will be delivered by NZSA President of Honour and much loved children’s writer, Joy Cowley, and introduced by recently honoured Wellington writer Sir James McNeish.
Are children’s books the equal of those written for adults? And what about those who create them?
These questions and more are to be tackled in Joy’s lecture which will be followed by a Q&A session, so have your own questions ready.
Don’t miss this important event on the literary calendar. Entry is free.
Kindly supported by New Zealand Book Month.
