She spent the war years in New Zealand, and her new book Passageways (Otago University Press) tells the story of her New Zealand family, which arrived here in the 1850s. In this one-off Writers on Mondays event, she talks with biographer Harry Ricketts.

Admission is free, all welcome.
Writers on Mondays is presented by the International Institute of Modern Letters with the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa.
