The Headline Division of Hachette NZ are delighted to advise that two of our authors have just been honoured in major awards:

Louise Penny, who was recently shortlisted for the Arthur Ellis Award for Best Novel for her latest book The Murder Stone, has just been awarded the Agatha Award for Best Crime Novel for her third book, The Cruellest Month.

And Michael Stanley (the writing duo due in NZ later this month to promote their second book) , A Deadly Trade, have just been shortlisted for the Macavity Award for Best First Mystery for A Carrion Death. The winner will be announced at Bouchercon in October.
