From veteran Internet analyst Paul Reynolds:

Hi Graham ,

TED has posted a whole bunch of videos from their February, 2009 conference .

I like the one from Pattie Maes' lab at MIT. She talks about, and demonstrates a wearable device with a projector that paves the way for a "profound interaction with our environment. Imagine "Minority Report" and then some."
I think it is a very useful framework to be thinking about where we are going with digital.
Better still, when I watched this I couldn't help but ask myself - how would a big heritage or public library contribute to the world she imagines ?You could ask the same questions of Museums, or Art galleriesWhat kind of resources , competencies, experience and skills could they contribute to the world being imagined here?

And is there enough thinking going on to address these questions? If so, where? And does it matter ?.And closer to your readers home, how will traditional publishing fare in this world?

Definitely one for Friday!
