And so begins the demolition - the start of the BolognaFiere's new halls development!
We are pleased to share with all our friends at Bologna Children's Book Fair the news of the start of the redevelopment and expansion of our Exhibition Centre.
With 100 million euros of investment, a final target of 140,000 square meters and a completely new vision of the exhibition space. The BolognaFiere urban spaces with be filled with gardens, catering outlets, and importantly, natural lighting will play a fundamental role in all buildings.
The first phase of the project involves demolition and total reconstruction of pavilions 29 and 30, which will be ready for the 2019 edition of Bologna Children's Book Fair. In the meantime, exhibitors traditionally housed in these two pavilions will find new homes in the light and airy halls of 21, 22 and 32 that are waiting for everyone next year.
