The Bookman attended some Saturday Sessions at the AWF

More gems today:

The Book of Forgiving: Mpho Tutu Van Furth
Mpho co-authored this book with her father, Archbishop Desmond Tutu and this morning she delighted the full house at the ASB Theatre telling us of that experience. There was a long line waiting to have their copies autographed after the session.

A Book for the People - Lloyd Geering and A.N.Wilson.
Both authors know The Bible inside out so it was especially interesting to hear them talk  out the book, its provenance and power and the influence it has had on their lives.

Our Shakespeare - James Shapiro
Shapiro is a noted US authority on Shakespeare in NZ to promote his latest work - 1606: William Shakespeare and the Year of Lear. Another big audience who clearly enjoyed the session..
