Celebrating the completion of the Everyman Wodehouse collection

This month we raised a glass of champagne to celebrate the completion of the Everyman Wodehouse collection and this year’s Bollinger Everyman Wodehouse Prize shortlist.

Four Colman Getty worked closely with long-term client Everyman’s Library and Champagne Bollinger to mark the occasion with a spectacular party at The Goring. Celebrations were kicked off with an interview on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme with Everyman Publisher David Campbell and comedian Robert Webb, followed by a proper knees-up at The Goring’s Archive Room, with lots of lovely Bolly and speeches from Everyman’s Library, Plum’s step-grandson Edward Cazalet and Champagne Bollinger.

Guests included shortlisted authors Helen Lederer and Nina Stibbe, along with Howard Jacobson (former winner), Sebastian Faulks (shortlisted in 2014), Jung Chang, VS Naipaul and Rachel Johnson.

On display were the 99 titles in the completed Everyman Wodehouse collection and an original print from illustrator and Everyman Wodehouse cover designer, Andrzej Klimowski.

On 19 May, Four Colman Getty will be announcing the winner of the 2015 Bollinger Everyman Wodehouse Prize at Hay Festival. The lucky author will receive a jeroboam of Champagne Bollinger, the completed Everyman Wodehouse Collection and, of course, an Old Spot Pig named after their winning book.

And here’s a great article we set up with The Telegraph,
