Tina Brown Interviews Tony Blair
The Daily Beast
Tony Blair continued his American book tour Wednesday night, repeating his steadfast support for the Iraq war and reiterating his fears of a nuclear-armed Iran in a conversation with The Daily Beast's Editor-in-Chief Tina Brown. The pair met in Cambridge, Massachusetts to discuss Blair's recently released memoir, A Journey. On Tuesday night, Blair's interview with Katie Couric in New York was interrupted by a protester. Last night, a number of older activists greeted Blair, but few were students. "I'm disappointed in Harvard," said one. "During Vietnam this school was a hot bed. Now there's people my age on the street, and the students don't even support us."
