Oh the pain! Talk about kicking a man when he is down. You do realise that there is not a retail magazine outlet, or bookshop in New Zealand who stocks the TLS these days.

The only way to get it is to subscribe.

It used to be my greatest pleasure of the week to stroll into Unity Bookshop in High Street Auckland and pick up my copy.

This highlight has long since departed.

At least Auckland City Libraries still stocks a copy -
