24.06.09 Catherine Neilan reporting in The Bookseller

Legend Press is entering the e-book market, with the launch of its first digital book next Monday (29th June).
The first title to be released in electronic format is Legend's Doctor Who-inspired travel book Who Goes There, written by journalist and show expert Nick Griffiths. The book was released in physical format last October.
Lucy Boguslawski, marketing director of Legend Press, said it was "an exciting step for the company". She added: "We are keen to stay at the forefront of publishing and look forward to the success of forthcoming titles with the online community. We chose to launch the campaign with Who Goes There as the title has had great success with online communities, due to the show’s large online following."

Published in partnership with digital book group DNAML, in DNL format, the e-book features an exclusive author video, theme tune and links to author research websites.
It is being launched at a promotional £5.99, rising to £6.99 after the initial period. The first 20 people to review the book on their blog will receive a signed hard copy.
The e-book can be bought from this website.
