THIRD NEW ZEALANDER IN COMMONWEALTH WRITERS PRIZE SHORTLIST

This just in from a very proud Penguin NZ publisher Geoff Walker:

It’s terrific news about Paula Morris and Bridget van der Zijpp being shortlisted for the Commonwealth Prize, but there’s actually a third New Zealander. Mo Zhi Hong, author of The Year of the Shanghai Shark, shortlisted for the best first book category in our region, is a naturalised New Zealander and is proudly published by Penguin New Zealand, agent Michael Gifkins.
