    • 23 April marks the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death. There are numerous events celebrating his life and work under the umbrella of Shakespeare 400 including the exhibition By me William Shakespeare: A Life in Writing (an opportunity to explore Shakespeare's Will and other unique documents) at the RSL's home Somerset House until 29 May. Our event On Shakespeare's sonnets is now available to listen to in our online library.
       
    • We are now accepting applications for the spring 2016 round of our
      RSL Brookleaze Grants for novelists, playwrights, poets, short story writers who need time away from their normal lives to write. Application details can be found on our websiteDeadline: Monday 11 April 2016.
