National Flash Fiction Day Competition - little fictions, big prizes

There is just over two weeks to submit your flash fiction stories – maximum 300 words - to the New Zealand National Flash Fiction Day flash competition.
Now five years since it was first established, the competition has a $1000 cash first prize, $400 for second prize, and $100 third prize, with winning stories and runners up being published in www.flash-frontier.com .

The judges are writers Elizabeth Smither and James Norcliffe. Further details on how to enter at https://nationalflash.wordpress.com/competition/

Deadline for entries is midnight April 30.

Winners will be announced  simultaneously at events in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington, on June 22, appropriately chosen because it is the shortest day of the year in the Southern Hemisphere.
