The Young Writers Festival 2011 is an exciting new initiative, celebrating and building the talents of our young writers in poetry, prose and song. This festival spans 10 activations, including 7 FREE writing workshops in central, north, south, east, and west Auckland. There's something for everyone, right in their neighbourhood.
Performance highlights include Maori and Pacific poets: Emerging verse Established at Okai Gallery, and Singer Songwriters at New Art Gallery.
