PROMINENT NZ FOOD WRITER JULIE LE CLERC TAKES ON A NEW ROLE


Jullie Le Clerc has been appointed Food Editor at NEXT magazine and to celebrate there are 12 pages in the April issue, (in my mail box this morning), devoted to her and her life and to her favourite recipes. I'm going to try my hand at making her "Mum's smoked fish pie with parsely mash".





 Julie is one of NZ's best known cookery writers with an impressive list of book titles to her credit:
