DISH April-May 2010 issue
The latest issue hit my letterbox this morning and so I lost a couple of hours from my day happily absorbed in its scrummy, mouth-watering pages. The theme of the issue is "an Italian affair" and I can tell you after reading Alexxandra Zecchini's piece, the best of balsamic, and all the recipes and contributions from other writers, I just want to jump on the next plane and head for Italy.
