Jamie Oliver has returned to the top of the charts after a brief hiatus. Jamie's Red Nose Recipes (Penguin) sold 56,370 copies through Nielsen BookScan's Total Consumer Market last week, taking life sales of the Red Nose Day tie-in to 188,550.
Along with Roger Hargreaves' Mr Funny's Red Nose Day (Egmont) and Jacqueline Wilson's Tracy Beaker's Thumping Heart (Corgi), it means Red Nose tie-ins have contributed more than £600,000 to Comic Relief, based on BookScan data.

Marian Keyes' This Charming Man (Penguin) jumps four places to take second position overall thanks to a 54,729 sale in its first full week in stores, while Andy Stanton and Adam Blade's flip-book, Mr Gum in the Hound of Lamonic Bibber/Beast Quest (Egmont/Orchard) leads the six-strong pack of World Book Day tie-ins in positions three through eight. Combined sales of this year's 6 £1 titles totalled 209,135 copies last week.

This week's highest new entry is James Wong's Grow Your Own Drugs, the HarperCollins-published guide to accompany the BBC series of the same name. It charts in 32nd position overall, one place and just 52 copies ahead of Hodder's ITV tie-in, Loose Women: Girls' Night in.
