Award-winning
author, Melinda Szymanik, writes challenging, layered fiction for all ages,

Melinda will be at the National Library, Auckland, talking about the joys and
challenges of writing for children in the changing world of publishing. It will

hear first hand from an outstanding New Zealand author, with giveaways, books

want to miss out on....
Szymanik’s new
picture book, Made With Love (Duck Creek Press) and new YA novel, The Half Life
of Ryan Davis (Pear Jam Books) will be on sale along with her other titles and
more books from the two publishers – all in time for Mother’s Day, which the
author will be celebrating with some of her famous baking.
