SIX FEET DOWN UNDER
Chris Mann - $25
Chris Mann is a police officer and former funeral director who has written and self-published his memoir.
This is what he has to say in his back cover blurb:
When people hear you're a funeral director the reactions vary. However, most people want to know what you do and what you've seen. This book details my experiences while working in the funeral industry for a leading Auckland funeral home. It covers stories of tragedy, stories of laughter and some of the things that can and do go wrong. From helping the New Zealand Police at tragic roadside smashes and murders, through to the funerals themselves. From funerals where attendance is in the thousands, through to the funerals where nobody came. This is my story, my thoughts, my observations
