PANZ welcomes new Association Director

 

Welcome Catriona Ferguson!

PANZ is delighted to welcome Catriona Ferguson as she officially begins her duties as our Association Director. Catriona began handing over with Anne de Lautour at the beginning of last week and as of tomorrow, will be flying solo.

Many of you will already know Catriona from her previous roles with Creative New Zealand and the Book Council. It’s a formidable background that most certainly gives an excellent head-start with many of our Association’s activities, and  it lessens the steepness of the learning curve for the new bits! And whilst we all feel very sad to be bidding Anne farewell, Catriona’s cheery presence at PANZ HQ has gone an awfully long way to lessening the blow. Catriona will be attending tomorrow’s Auckland Educational breakfast – the first of many occasions that she’ll be stepping out and meeting with our members. For those of you not at the breakfast, please don’t hesitate to reach out, introduce yourself and make her very welcome.
