the Orwell Prize for Journalism 2013.
Lisa Harker, CEO of the Art Room, former director of Strategy at the NSPCC and former director of the Institute for Public Policy Research.
Nazir Afzal, former Chief Crown Prosecutor of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) for North West England and former Director in London.
Julia Unwin, Chief Executive of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation
