After charging as much as £375 for tickets to their tour last year, the band have now released a series of limited edition coffee table books going for $5,000 (£3,101).The book's publisher Taschen announced that each of the 1,150 copies signed by Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ron Wood and Charlie Watts will be sold for $5,000.
