Guy walks into a bar
Well, we don't know where he's walking but we would like to
thank Guy Somerset,
the departing arts editor of the NZ
Listener, for his intelligent championing of reviewing over a
number of years. In an age of shrinking arts coverage, Guy did more than hold
the fort. He even went on television. We wish him all the best in his future
endeavours.
The Bookman warmly endorses the sentiments of the IIML. Thanks Guy for al you have done for books, and all best for the future.
