In 2013 the CWA is celebrating sixty years of supporting and promoting the work of crime writers, one of the most popular of literary genres, with a staggering capacity of reinventing itself. On the night of our 60th birthday we revealed the hotly anticipated results of our poll to find the greatest crime writer, crime series and crime novel:
