With a week to go before Frankfurt, Adam Gauntlett of the U.K.-based Peters Fraser & Dunlop is selling a book that offers a unique insight into the life and career of Bob Dylan, by the man who was his friend, confidant and tour manager. North American rights have already been snapped up by George Witte of St Martin's Press. A U.K. deal is expected this week. more »
