The latest edition of Flowers in the Attic came out
a few years ago, published by Pocket Books. It was a reprint of a popular story
first published in 1979, written by bestselling novelist V.C. Andrews, who died
in 1986.
The title has so far sold 40 million copies, and was adapted into a
movie in 1987. But if you look at this recent cover... let's just say you might
not get an accurate sense of the plot.
