Bernadette Hall, from Christchurch, will read from The Judas Tree, a wonderful collection, that she has just edited, of poems by Lorna Staveley Anker. Also sharing their poems will be Paula Green, with her new volume The Baker’s Thumbprint, Kiri Piahana- Wong with Night Swimming, and Penny Somervaille, who MCs Poetry Live and has been published in Side Stream, Potroast and Blackmail Press. Both Bernadette & Paula will also read, as a tribute, some poems by the late Sarah Broom.
