New Publisher appointed at Canterbury University Press

Canterbury University Press are delighted to announce that Catherine Montgomery has been appointed to the role of  publisher, replacing Rachel Scott who has moved to Otago University Press, where we wish her every success.

A publisher of specialist non-fiction titles with 16 years' experience in publishing and bookselling, Catherine began her career at Oxford University Press in the UK. She is currently the Manager of Manaaki Whenua Press at Landcare Research, Lincoln.

Catherine's start date has yet to be determined but, due to current commitments, it is likely to be mid-year before she takes up the role. Ros Henry is acting publisher in the interim.
