CULTURAL CURMUDGEON KEITH HAS HIS SAY ON CREATIVE NZ'S RESTRUCTURING

In the curmudgeon's column in The NZ Listener this week he has his say about the restructuring that has been causing headlines and much discussion in arts circles in recent weeks.
I reckon The Listener should make Hamish Keith's column a weekly feature.

Also in The Listener this week is a thoughtful and interesting piece by US-based NZ author Paula Morris on master short story writer Raymond Carver, along with a feature article by James Robertson on one of the star turns at the NZ Post Writers & Readers Week (9-14 March), Simon Schama, an Oxford don turned TV star and popular author.

And well away from the arts sector it is good to see top NZ wine writer Michael Cooper talking about organic wine production in New Zealand.

Loads of other stuff too of course but these were the stories that struck a chord with me.
