Since I noted the timely availability of this title yesterday I have now had a chance to read it.

It is a 72 page slender reference book and I reckon it will be invaluable to us Kiwis as we watch Emirates Team New Zealand slug it out with Alinghi for the America's Cup in two weeks time, especially those of us who are not sailors and get a tad confused by a lot of the terminology used by the commentators.

It is an easy-to-understand guide to all aspects of the race including maps of the course and the port of Valencia, parts of the yachts, explanation of rules etc.

Don't watch the America's Cup without this book beside you!
