THE 10 PM QUESTION IMPRESSIVE STATS

Longacre Press of Dunedin have been through their records and discovered that The 10 M Question by Kate De Goldi has been on the Booksellers NZ Best Sellers List continuously since it was released in late September 2008.

Booksellers NZ has confirmed the following:

The 10PM Question has been on the top five NZ adult fiction bestsellers list since it first appeared on the list for the week ending 4 October 2008.

In the 47 weeks between 4 October 2008 and 19 September 2009 (NB: we did not get charts for the last two weeks in 2008 and the first for 2009, over the new year break), the statistics are as follows:

Number One: 26 weeks
Number Two: 8 weeks
Number Three: 11 weeks
Number Four: 2 weeks

It has appeared as one of the top five NZ adult fiction titles in the charts every week since its release at the end of September 08.

i will try, for the 3rd time, to put this silly little publisher's gloat into perspective on this site:
one of my books stayed, off and on- but mainly on, the NZ Bestsellers list for nearly 24 years. Other works, like "Once Were Warriors" or "The Vintner's Luck" have been thereon for many years.
