Publishers Lunch:

Sarah Crossan's novel-in-verse One has won the Carnegie Medal, the first children's book in that format to win the award, while Chris Riddle has won the Greenaway Medal for the third time for illustrating The Sleeper and the Spindle (written by Neil Gaiman.)

Hew Strachan has won the Pritzker Literature Award for lifetime achievement in military writing. Strachan will receive $100,000 with the prize.
