BOY ZERO WANNABE HERO launches with major school holiday programme next week

Attention all wannabe superheroes!

Auckland-based children's author, Peter Millett, caught the eye of prestigious UK publisher Faber & Faber, and they quickly signed him up for his latest series aimed at 7-9-year-olds, BOY ZERO WANNABE HERO. Julia Heydon-Well, Faber's children's publishing director, says that Peter's writing is 'even funnier than Captain Underpants' and the books are 'an absolute gem.'

The BOY ZERO WANNABE HERO series will be launched in New Zealand next week, with the publication of the first in the series - The petrifying plot of the plummeting pants. Peter will be hosting fun school holiday events at libraries around Auckland next week - and they're all free!

All kids and parents welcome.
