HAVE FUN AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE
New Zealand Red Cross Cookbook celebrity lunch

Attend the launch of the latest edition of this iconic and very special cookbook.

When: Wednesday 29 October 2008
Where: Princes Ballroom, Hyatt Regency Hotel, Auckland
Time: Lunch from 12 noon

Mix with some very familiar and famous faces over a delicious three course meal accompanied by fine New Zealand wine.

Everything you’ll be enjoying at the lunch will be from recipes in our cookbook.
And the finishing touch? A very unique dessert buffet created by our celebrities! You could find a slice of Apple and Blackberry Cobbler made by Mark Sainsbury, a Lemon Meringue Pie whipped up by band members of Elemeno P, or even a Bread and Butter Pudding by Oscar Foreman.

As well as delicious food and wine, the afternoon will be filled with entertainment and fun. Are you ready to take on the challenge of a chocolate piping duel, pitting your skills against Susan Wood, Dai Henwood, or perhaps Kerre Woodham and the Hyatt’s pastry chefs?

Best of all, everyone goes home with an amazing goody bag stuffed with tasty treats AND your own copy of the New Zealand Red Cross Cookbook ‘hot off the press’ (rrp $29.95).
